Sorry, no smoking. Pub is a 1 minute walk away and the local shop is a 2 minute walk away. Railway station 2 mins away for direct trains to Brighton and London. Note: The garden is not fully enclosed; therefore, pets must be supervised. Note: beach towels are supplied in the down stairs shower room.
